Can UK businesses use ChatGPT dots?
The answer depends on your plan. Check access before building a rollout around it.
- ChatGPT Pro
- The initial Pro rollout excludes the UK, the European Economic Area and Switzerland.
- Business Premium
- Available across supported ChatGPT regions, including the UK. Rollout is gradual, so access may take several days.
- Enterprise
- The beta needs to be enabled by your workspace administrator. Specialist enterprise dots are a separate pilot programme, not guaranteed access.

No. This site is operated by Blue Canvas AI Ltd, an independent consultancy. ChatGPT and OpenAI are trademarks of OpenAI. For the product, account access and official support, use ChatGPT and OpenAI's Help Centre.
Can you give us access to specialist dots?
No access is promised. OpenAI's announcement describes focused enterprise pilots, while general dots availability depends on your plan, location and workspace settings. We can help assess your workflow and readiness; OpenAI controls product access.
Are there separate lawyer and finance products?
The announcement previews specialist enterprise dots and names internal testing in areas including commercial contracting and invoice processing. It does not announce a standalone lawyer or finance product. Our sector examples are proposed uses to evaluate.
Should we connect confidential business information straight away?
Start with an approved sample or sanitised data. Have the relevant security, legal and data-protection owners assess the configuration, access, retention and connected services before using live sensitive records. OpenAI explains its safeguards and their limits here.
What does the first call cost?
The initial 15-minute consultation is free. Any paid work would be scoped and agreed separately. The call is to understand your task and decide whether a more detailed assessment would be useful.
